Vivo X80 and X80 Pro Rolled Out in the Domestic Market Before the Global Launch

Vivo X80 and Vivo X80 Pro belong to the phone maker’s latest line of flagship phones. It was announced earlier this month, and Vivo has now started shipping the two models in China. The duo is now available in stores there and should be heading to more markets next month.

Here are the pricing and storage trims for the Vivo X80 and Vivo X80 Pro. The Vivo X80 comes in 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB editions. They’re priced at CNY 3699 (~ PKR 103,999), CNY 3999 (~ PKR 112,000), CNY 4399 (~ Rs. 123,000), and CNY 4899 (~ Rs. 137,000), respectively.

Vivo X80 Pro comes in two chip variants — one with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and the other with MediaTek Dimensity 9000. The former has three storage trims: 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB. The base model starts from CNY 5499 (~ PKR 154,000), while the fully specced-out version costs CNY 6699 (~ PKR 188,000.)

The MediaTek edition is offered in two configurations — 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB. Its lowest storage tier also starts from CNY 5999. The Pro model rocks a 6.78″ QHD+, 120Hz, 1500 nits LTPO 3 AMOLED display. Its camera system features 50MP gimbal OIS wide, 8MP periscope-telephoto, 12MP telephoto, and 48MP ultra-wide shooters.

Stereo speakers on the new 5G Vivo mobile deliver surround sound; an IP68 rating protects it from dust and water ingress, and the ultrasonic fingerprint reader works even with damp fingers. It’s powered by a 4700 mAh battery, 80W wired charging, and 50W wireless charging support. You can pick the X80 Pro in Black, Orange, and Blue colors.

Vivo X80 has a more standard 6.78″ 1080P AMOLED display with an optical fingerprint scanner. But it also peaks at a strong 1500 nits of brightness and smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The camera system is a cluster of 50MP OIS wide (without gimbal support), 12MP superwide, and 12MP 2x telephoto shooters.

A 4500 mAh battery with 80W wired charging (and no wireless charging) powers the Vivo X80. Vivo offers it in black, blue, and orange finishes.
